What does Promotional Party Sticks do?
We specifically sell a variety of LED Foam Sticks but we specialize in customizing them as you want according to your event or marketing needs. We are able to customize them as great memorabilia for an event like a birthday/wedding or with your company logo or hash tag to create brand awareness and increase your social media footprint.
How does ordering through website work?
Simply choose the Party Stick you want and select an amount then if you want it customized choose a customization option from the product page and attach your logo, text, or design and process your order. You will receive an approval from us, along with a picture of how it will look for you to approve if you are placing a customized order. We also have a graphic designer on site that will help you with these needs.
What are your customization options for the party sticks?
We offer labeling, with an 8″ x 2″ label which will be applied to the stick, or we can actually imprint on the stick, with two different sizes which can’t be removed and makes it your own promotional product or event memorabilia. We also don’t limit you to the amount of colors you want to include on your customization. Double sided imprinting and labeling is also offered, please contact us for this.
What if I don’t have a design or logo to put?
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our graphic designer will work with you according to your needs or simply create a word document with the text and font you want written on the stick.
Why do people apply hash tags on the party sticks?
The reason for this is either for companies to increase their social media footprint or for other personal events it is a great way to organize photos into an album from that event on social media like Instagram. This is very popular for weddings and for launch parties for new products.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards through our secure servers or we accept PayPal. For Miami/South Florida clients we also accept check/cash upon delivery.
How long is the shipping time?
We use UPS for our domestic orders and amount of time taken will depend on your location. We also do international shipping for customers if needed, contact us for a quote. Customized orders ship within 2-10 days depending on size and current volume of orders. Otherwise we will ship within 48 hours. For local customers in Miami, we can do a local drop off. The shipping calculator at the check out will give you a much better idea. If your event is soon, please let us know and we will coordinate accordingly.
Do you accept Returns?
We do not accept returns on custom orders. We will provide replacement on any defective products that aren’t customized, but we must be notified within 5 days to do the exchange.
